Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking to take full ownership of large-scale projects?
Do you have experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and delivering projects from start to completion?
I am currently representing a globally operating construction company specialising in large-scale infrastructure projects across Europe. They are experiencing strong growth in the Netherlands and are looking for a Construction Project Manager to take full responsibility for a major project in Groningen, with further projects planned across the country.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation through to delivery. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets, ensure timelines are met, and act as the key point of contact between clients and project teams. This is a high-responsibility role with full project ownership and strong progression opportunities as the company continues to expand.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in construction project management, excellent organisational and communication skills, and be fluent in Dutch and English. Experience with Design & Build projects or a technical background in Civil Engineering or Architecture would be advantageous.
