About the role

We are looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to help turn that ambition into a scalable global portfolio.

You will own product discovery, commercial performance, roadmap execution and the full lifecycle of our core connectivity products. These currently include Dedicated Internet Access, Business Broadband, Fixed Wireless Access and Low Earth Orbit satellite connectivity.

The purpose of the role is to evolve these capabilities into outcome-led offers that give customers:

• One point of accountability across their global connectivity.
• Clear visibility of services and performance.
• Faster, simpler proposals, more predictable deployment.

You will determine how the portfolio should evolve, how products should be defined and configured, and how they can be quoted, ordered, delivered, supported and billed consistently at global scale.

A central part of the role is simplifying complexity. You will use customer, commercial, supplier and operational evidence to reduce unnecessary variation, increase standardisation and improve product economics. You will also apply data, automation and AI to improve how products are designed, priced and managed.

This is an end-to-end product role combining proposition development, commercial ownership and operating-model change.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and full lifecycle of the global DIA, Business Broadband, FWA and LEO portfolio.
• Evolve technology-led products into outcome-led connectivity offers focused on accountability, visibility and deployment speed.
• Define propositions, service models, supported configurations, commercial guardrails and product data.
• Improve revenue, gross margin, price realisation, adoption, delivery performance and service quality.
• Develop pricing recommendations, investment cases and margin-improvement plans.
• Use customer, market, supplier, competitor and ICB evidence to identify product gaps, set lifecycle priorities and shape the roadmap.
• Simplify and standardise products across quoting, ordering, delivery, assurance, billing and reporting.
• Use data, automation and AI to improve product decisions, product-data quality, pricing and operational scalability.
• Lead product launches, enhancements, migrations and retirements, ensuring commercial and operational readiness.
• Translate product decisions into clear requirements for Engineering, Data, UX, Operations and other delivery teams.

Requirements

• Experience owning a complex B2B product across its commercial, operational and technical lifecycle.
• Experience in telecommunications, managed connectivity, digital infrastructure or another multi-supplier service environment.
• Working knowledge of at least one relevant connectivity technology, such as DIA, Business Broadband, FWA or LEO.
• Practical experience of pricing, margin analysis and business-case development.
• Experience productising complex services so they can be quoted, ordered, delivered, supported and billed consistently.
• Evidence of using data to improve product performance, commercial decisions or operational processes.
• Experience owning non-standard customer-request governance and using demand patterns to inform product, proposition and commercial decisions.
• Practical understanding of how automation and AI can improve product development, decision-making or service operations.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders, with occasional international travel.

To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Parts Business Manager — Lotus, contractor role, on-going, based in the Schipol area.

This is a hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end execution of the parts business across Europe. You will manage daily import/export flows (EU and non-EU), classify HS codes and confirm Country of Origin (COO), process customized and special orders, run stock and back-order analyses, lead stock counts, and support audits (internal and SOX). The role partners closely with dealers, technical teams, Regional Account Managers (RAM), suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure availability, compliance, cost efficiency, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities (Hands-on Execution)

IT Infrastructure Coordination

• Cope with IT department to develop new Lotus IT system for spare parts business

• Coordinate with IT department to enhance the existing systems, to fix known issues or prevent potential systemic problems to happen

Import & Export Operations (EU & non-EU)

• Execute day-to-day import/export transactions; prepare and verify shipping and customs documents.

• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to achieve on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries.

• Track shipments, resolve holds/discrepancies, and control logistics costs.

HS Code Classification & COO Support

• Maintain accurate HS codes and COO data for all parts; keep records and evidence for audits.

• Answer dealer/internal queries on HS/COO and support preferential origin/duty questions as required.

• Monitor regulatory changes and update master data accordingly.

Customised Orders & Special Parts

• Process customized and non-standard orders end-to-end, including feasibility checks and lead-time confirmation.

• Work with engineering, suppliers, and planning to secure parts availability and quality.

• Provide transparent cost/lead-time to stakeholders and proactively communicate risks.

Cost Improvement & Optimization

• Identify tangible cost reductions in freight, duties, packaging, and inventory holding.

• Consolidate shipments, optimize Incoterms (where applicable), and propose route/carrier improvements.

• Support pricing/margin decisions through cost breakdowns and variance analysis.

Audit, Internal Control & SOX

• Operate and evidence key controls across order-to-cash, inventory, and trade compliance.

• Prepare audit samples, respond to findings, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.

• Maintain process documentation (SOPs, work instructions, control matrices).

Packaging Projects

• Implement packaging optimization initiatives to reduce damage, cube, and cost while improving sustainability.

• Validate packaging specs with suppliers and 3PLs; pilot and roll out changes with clear success metrics.

Dealer / Technical / RAM Liaison

• Be the operational point of contact for dealers and RAM on parts availability, supersession, and application queries.

• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve product queries and quality concerns.

• Provide clear, proactive communications on ETAs, constraints, and workarounds.

Inventory, Stock Analysis & Supersession

• Own routine analytics: stock levels, back orders (BO), slow/obsolete items, and supersession mapping.

• Set and adjust stock parameters (min/max, reorder points) to balance service and cash.

• Drive actions to improve stock turns and fill rate; clear aged/obsolete inventory.

Stock Count & Inventory Accuracy

• Plan and execute cycle counts and annual counts with 3PL partners; investigate and close variances.

• Ensure compliance to count procedures and documentation standards.

Tools & Systems

ERP (e.g., SAP or similar), WMS/3PL portals, Excel (advanced), and basic Power BI or equivalent for operational reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in parts/aftersales/logistics with hands-on import/export and inventory control experience (automotive preferred).

• Working knowledge of EU customs processes, HS/COO, and Incoterms; experience in audit/SOX environments is a plus.

• Strong data skills (Excel), attention to detail, and bias for action; fluent English (additional EU languages a plus).

As our Homologation Engineer (Electrical Focus), you will serve as the department’s absolute subject matter expert for electrically oriented vehicle regulations and standards. You will fill a critical and deliberate gap on a team whose existing expertise is well established in mechanical and chassis homologation.

This is an end-to-end ownership role where you will drive the global certification strategy and execution for complex high-voltage electrical safety, battery compliance, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and onboard diagnostics (OBD) across the EU, US, and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical & EV Regulatory Compliance

Definitive Regulatory Guide: Serve as the strategic compliance guide throughout Zero’s product development lifecycle, bridging US R&D engineering, software teams, and localized commercial hubs.

Drive Strategy: Lead compliance for high-voltage battery safety (UN 38.3, ECE R136), L-category EV safety (ISO 13063), and EMC/EMI (ECE R10, CISPR 25), (EU) 2023/1542 (battery compliance)..

OBD & Diagnostics: Lead OBD regulatory compliance (including US EPA/CARB OBD II and EU equivalents) alongside firmware teams.

Design Integration: Provide proactive regulatory input at early design milestones to eliminate compliance issues before they arise.

Testing & Certification Execution

Test Strategy: Design and execute pretesting programs for electrical, EMC, and OBD specifications.

Agency Relations: Coordinate and witness official type-approval testing with designated Technical Services and authorities (e.g., RDW, TÜV, DEKRA, IDIADA, VCA).

Authoritative Documentation: Compile and submit complete homologation packages to secure official Whole Vehicle Type Approvals (WVTA).

Required Experience:

Electrical Depth: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related electrical discipline.

Regulatory Track Record: 3–8 years of direct vehicle type-approval or regulatory compliance engineering experience with an undeniable electrical or EV focus.

Global Regulation Savviness: Working knowledge of EU L-category type-approval regulations (EU 168/2013), UN ECE rules (ECE R10, R136), and US frameworks (49 CFR, FCC Part 15, EPA/CARB OBD).

Testing Rigor: Hands-on experience coordinating testing cycles and preparing formal technical documentation packages for government submissions.

Preferred Qualifications & Attributes:

Active Network: Direct, established relationships with testing agencies like TÜV, RDW, IDIADA, or equivalent.

EV Standards: Deep familiarity with standards like ISO 13063, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), and Conformity of Production (CoP) management.

The Tech-to-Law Translator: Exceptional ability to read raw vehicle regulations and translate them into actionable, crystal-clear design constraints for engineering teams.

Agile Autonomy: Comfortable operating independently in a rapid, highly fluid international matrix setup

Motorcycles: A passion for motorcycles or riding is highly preferred

Als procesoperator in dagdienst ben jij dagelijks op de vloer te vinden en weet je precies wat er speelt bij alle installatie. Je schakelt met collega-operators, de technische dienst en leidinggevenden om het proces goed te laten verlopen. Tijdens je dienst voer je controles uit, registreer je procesgegevens en zorg je voor een duidelijke overdracht naar je collega’s van de avond- en nachtdienst. Je werkt in vaste dagdienst, daardoor heb je structuur en overzicht in je werkweek. Deze job als procesoperator is perfect als je op zoek bent naar een uitdagende job in (regio) Amsterdam waarbij je verantwoordelijkheid draagt en actief meedenkt over het verloop van de productie.

Functie

Als procesoperator dagdienst bewaak jij het productieproces binnen één of meerdere installaties. Je werkt zowel vanuit de controlekamer als op de werkvloer en grijpt in zodra proceswaarden afwijken. Door jouw manier van werken blijft de productie stabiel en weet iedereen wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt. Je houdt overzicht, werkt volgens vaste procedures en zorgt dat veiligheid en kwaliteit altijd geborgd zijn. Je bent onder andere bezig met:

· Bewaken van productieprocessen vanuit de controlekamer en op de werkvloer. Je volgt proceswaarden, controleert instellingen en stuurt bij als afwijkingen ontstaan

· Signaleren en oplossen van procesafwijkingen. Je analyseert afwijkingen in het proces en onderneemt direct actie om storingen te beperken

· Uitvoeren van eerstelijnscontroles en ondersteunen bij kleine storingen. Je bepaalt wanneer je zelf kunt ingrijpen en wanneer je schakelt met de technische dienst

· Uitvoeren en vastleggen van kwaliteitscontroles. Je controleert of producten voldoen aan de gestelde eisen en registreert meetwaarden en resultaten

· Vastleggen van procesgegevens en bijzonderheden. Je zorgt voor een duidelijke registratie zodat collega’s en leidinggevenden goed geïnformeerd zijn

· Zorgen voor een duidelijke overdracht aan collega’s. Je deelt bijzonderheden uit jouw dienst zodat het proces zonder problemen kan worden voortgezet

Profiel en vaardigheden

Je houdt je hoofd koel en behoudt overzicht in een productieomgeving waar processen volgens planning doorgaan. Als procesoperator dagdienst neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw deel van het proces en zorg je dat installaties stabiel blijven draaien. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s, communiceert duidelijk over wat je ziet en onderneemt actie als je problemen voorziet.
