De functie
Voor onze vestiging in Hoofddorp zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Employee voor onze Air Cargo Divisie. Als Customer Service Employee ben je verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel verwerken en coördineren van luchtvrachtzendingen (zowel import als export).

Wat ga je doen?
Je bent dagelijks in contact met onze klanten. Je adviseer hen over zendingen, lost operationele vraagstukken creatief op en informeert klanten proactief bij vertragingen of afwijkingen van de zending. Naast het klantcontact ben je een onmisbare schakel in de administratieve afhandeling; je verwerkt douane documentatie en controleert facturatiegegevens zorgvuldig.

Werktijden
Omdat de wereld van luchtvracht nooit stil staat, voer je deze werkzaamheden uit in een ploegenrooster. Dit betekend dat je de ene week dagdiensten draait en de andere week avonddiensten, wat zorgt voor een dynamische en afwisselende werkomgeving.

Requirements
